Blaze aims to:
- create progression routes for young people; from their first experiences as audiences and participants, through to paid employment as young creatives.
- develop transferable skills that will lead to young people having better health, wellbeing and employment in the future.
- develop specific skills and experience that will support young people from diverse backgrounds progressing into careers in arts and culture.
- Train and influence the arts and cultural sector to create better opportunities for young people.
