The Blaze Community Survey 2021

The Blaze community is made up of the people who participate in our projects, attend our events, follow us on social media, work with us, receive our newsletters and support our work.

Thriving communities recognise that everybody has something unique and valuable to offer. They share ideas, resources and support each other so that everybody benefits.

We want to develop and grow the Blaze community into a dynamic and powerful network of creative people. To do that, we need to get to know you and help you get to know each other better.

Please help us to help you by completing our annual survey. It takes a few minutes to complete. Everyone who completes it before midnight on 2nd August can enter into a prize draw to win a £25 Cass Art Gift voucher. Information about how to enter and the full terms and conditions are at the end of the survey.

Once a year we’re going to ask everyone in our community to complete this survey which will provide us with useful information about who you are, what you want and how we can connect you better.

The survey includes some personal questions about your age, ethnicity, sexuality, gender and ability. We ask these questions because the answers tell us how diverse our community is. If a specific group of people are underrepresented in our community, we need to find out why and address that imbalance.

You can skip any questions that you don’t want to answer. The information that you provide is anonymous. It will be stored by Blaze Arts and used for evaluation, reporting to funders and planning future work.
